Akshay Kumar sold an apartment in Oberoi Sky City, Borivali, for Rs 5.35 crore, which he had buyd for Rs 2.82 crore in November 2017. He also sold a second apartment for Rs 1.25 crore, against its buy price of Rs 67.19 lakh in 2017.
