HCLTech Q2FY26: Workforce Rises To 2.26 Lakh, Adds 3,489 Employees In September Quarter
HCLTech added 3,489 employees in Q2FY26, reaching 226,640 staff. The company hired 5,196 freshers and decreased its LTM attrition rate to 12.6 percent from 12.9 percent last year.
