Injuries to key players, including Florian Wirtz, Kai Havertz, Niclas Fullkrug and Marc-Andre Ter Stegen have forced Nagelsmann to create a whole lot of changes to the Germany squad which is slated to take on Italy in a two-legged Nations League quarter-final tie.
