Settlement With Borrowers Only After Exhausting All Options, RBI Tells ARCs
The RBI on Monday modified guidelines rhappy to Asset Rebuildion Companies (ARCs), envisaging that settlement with the borrower should be undertaken only after all possible ways to recover dues have been examined.
