Ent Live को दिए अपने interview में Shamir Tandon ने बताया की कुछ principals life ,work, buisness ethics same होने चाहिए आप किसी भी field में काम कर रहे हों आपमें कुछ discipline, patience, tendency of finding yourself ये सारे principles of management में हमने बचपन में सीखा वो इस industry में सब use में आती है।आपको कहीं भी किसी भी field में काम करने के लिए इन सारी things  की जरुरत होती है. और इनके बिना success होना difficult है।मैं एक brand solution नाम की company भी run करता हूं जो music की help से brands को grow करने में help करती है।
